Everything below is written to be read, not to be got past. If any of it is unclear, email hello@growproltd.com and we will explain it.

The short version
- An account is an email address. We do not ask who you are. A name and an address are collected only when there is something to post to you.
- We use the first part of your postcode, for example M1, and never the full one.
- Your card details never touch our systems. They go straight to Stripe.
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- There are no advertising or marketing cookies, and analytics does not load until you say yes.
- You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, from your account settings, without asking us.
- Two things do not go with it, and the Privacy Policy says so at the top. The record of anything you bought, kept six years because HMRC require it, with the record that you accepted these terms and the log that the deletion happened beside it; and an anonymous record of the plants you grew and the wildlife you saw, by region, with nothing in it that identifies you and no way back to you. We say so plainly rather than quietly.
Changes
Where we change any of these documents materially we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Every document carries its own version and a record of what changed and why.
