Billing honesty

Money questions deserve plain answers, so here they are — including the one about the thing we do not sell.
Why does the site say you charge nothing yet?
Because it is true. The only thing you can buy today is a soil test. Premium and extra gardens are priced on this page so there are no surprises later, but no subscription is sold and no card is taken for either. When that changes, the waiting list hears first.
Is my first garden really free for good?
Yes. No trial that expires, no feature that locks after a month, no card needed to sign up. The app and your first garden stay free, and the price list on this page is the whole of it.
Will signing up now cost me more later?
No. Prices for anything you order are fixed at checkout; a later price change never rewrites an order you have already placed. Registering to plan your garden costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
How much will Premium cost, exactly?
£39.99 a year or £4.99 a month, as published here. We are saying the numbers now, while they are still a decision rather than a checkout, so nobody arrives at the paid tier by surprise.
What does a soil test refund look like?
Cancel any time up until your soil reaches the laboratory and you get all of your money back — from your account, or by emailing hello@growproltd.com. After the soil has reached the laboratory we cannot refund you, because they charge us for the analysis whether or not you read the report.
Do you store my card details?
No. Online payment is not switched on yet, so Grow Pro takes no card details at all — not on this site and not in the app. When payment opens, this answer will say exactly who handles your card. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
