Grows to higher than 12 metres. Space about 800+cm apart. In flower May-Jun.
Toxic to pets
Wisteria seeds and pods are harmful if eaten, to people and pets, and are the most poisonous part; in pets they cause repeated vomiting and severe stomach upset. Clear fallen pods and keep them away from children and pets. If a person eats any, get medical advice; if a pet does, contact a vet.
