Toxic to pets

Scilla is listed by the RHS as harmful if eaten, for people and pets: it contains cardiac glycosides, so eating it upsets the stomach and larger amounts can affect the heart. Keep bulbs away from children and pets and never store them with food. If a person eats any, get medical advice; if a pet does, contact a vet.

→ NHS 111 for a person; your vet or the Animal PoisonLine for an animal
