Growing notes

Grows to 0.1-0.5 metres. Space about 10-50cm apart.

Toxic to pets

Handling the foliage of Rhodanthemum can irritate skin, as with its chrysanthemum relatives, so wear gloves and wash your hands afterwards; get medical advice if a rash does not settle. A cat or dog that eats the flowers or leaves can get vomiting, diarrhoea, drooling and wobbliness, so contact a vet if a pet chews it.
