Growing notes

Grows to 0.5-1 metres. Space about 10-50cm apart. In flower Apr-Jul.

Toxic to pets

The sap is harmful if eaten and irritates the skin, in people and pets: it can blister the mouth and cause drooling, sickness and stomach pain. Wear gloves when pulling or cutting buttercups and wash off any sap. If a person eats any or the skin reacts, get medical advice; if a pet chews it, contact a vet.
