Toxic to pets
Lobelia is harmful to people if a fair amount is eaten, causing sickness and stomach pain, and handling it can irritate the skin, so wear gloves. Dogs and cats that eat it are affected in the same way. If a person eats any, get medical advice; if a pet does, ring your vet.
