Growing notes

Grows to 0.1-0.5 metres. Space about 50-100cm apart. In flower May to August.

Safe around pets

The fruit of Gaultheria sold as an ornamental is not meant to be eaten, though it is considered low in toxicity. Eating a large amount may cause a mild stomach upset in a person or a pet. If that happens, get medical advice for a person or contact your vet for an animal.
