Growing notes

Grows to higher than 12 metres. Space about 800+cm apart. In flower Apr-May.

Toxic to pets

Acorns and oak leaves are harmful to pets: they upset the stomach and, in larger amounts, can harm a dog's kidneys. Clear fallen acorns where dogs play and stop them chewing leaves; the record lists no hazard to people. If a pet eats acorns or leaves, contact a vet.
