Toxic to pets
Cow parsley sap makes skin sensitive to sunlight and can cause a sore, blistered rash, in people and in pets, and it can irritate skin on its own. Wear gloves and keep your arms covered when cutting or pulling it, especially on sunny days, and wash off any sap at once. If skin blisters, get medical advice; if a pet is affected, contact a vet.
