Growing notes
Grows to 1.5-2.5 metres. Space about 100-150cm apart. In flower May-Sep.
Toxic to pets
Clematis sap irritates the skin, so wear gloves when pruning and wash off any sap. In pets, chewing the plant irritates the mouth and stomach, causing drooling and sickness. If your skin reacts badly, get medical advice; if a pet chews the plant, contact a vet.
