Pruning

Hydrangea: paniculata & arborescens

Hydrangea is a skin allergen, so wear gloves when pruning. Use clean, sharp secateurs. A pruning cut is a wound, so a clean cut heals better and gives disease less chance to get in. These plants are cut low, so no ladder is needed.
