Frost-free greenhouse
Mains electric heaters run in a damp greenhouse: use weatherproof outdoor-rated fittings on an RCD-protected supply, ideally installed by a qualified electrician, and keep cables and sockets away from water.

A small thermostatic heater or a bubble-wrap lining holds it a few degrees above freezing.

Notes
Aim for about 3 to 5C: a reading just above 0C at the heater still leaves cold corners below freezing. A thermostat saves energy.
