1. The short version
Three cookies make the site work and are set without asking, because nothing works without them. Two analytics services, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, are set only if you say yes in the banner. There are no advertising cookies. You can change your answer at any time from "cookie preferences" in the footer.
2. What a cookie is
A small text file placed in your browser by a website. We use the word for local storage and similar things too. This policy covers the Grow Pro® website and app; read it with our Privacy notice.
3. Cookies that make the site work
Set as soon as you arrive. They need no consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations because the site cannot work without them, and the banner does not offer a switch for them.

The names are the ones our software framework uses, which is why they do not all say "grow pro". You can see them in your browser, and they should match this table. If they do not, tell us at hello@growproltd.com.
4. Cookies that need your consent
Nothing in this section runs until you choose "accept" in the banner, or turn analytics on under "manage". If you choose "reject", or do nothing, none of it is set and we see nothing.

Both are non-essential. Both are covered by consent, and withdrawing consent stops them from the next page you load.
5. Cookies we do not set
No advertising cookies. No social-media cookies. Nothing that follows you to other sites. If that ever changes, this policy will say so first and the banner will ask before anything is set.
6. Changing your mind
"Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page opens the same choices as the banner. Your browser can also block or delete cookies; if you delete cookie_consent we will ask you again.
